Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Mataram at The Konkret Lombok Villas. The Head Chef will oversee the kitchen operations, design menus, and manage kitchen staff. The Head Chef will maintain the highest food quality standards, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage budgets.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a Head Chef role or similar capacity
• Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and high proficiency in food preparation
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Degree in Culinary Science, or equivalent training, plus years of experience as a chef
