Location:

Based in Stafford and working across geographically determined areas of the County, working agilely from partnership venues within that geographical boundary. Hybrid working arrangement. Applicants may be expected to work some unsociable hours including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

The Role

Staffordshire Victims Gateway and Restorative Justice Service provides information, advice and or practical and emotional support to victims of crime to help them cope and recover from their experience and to exercise their rights as determined by the Victims Code.

The Victim Care Coordinator (VCC) will undertake casework with victims of crime across Staffordshire referred into the service. Includes Face to Face support and home visits
