• Follow up job orderrequest once allocated on dashboard to ensure the availability offinancial liquidity and the possibility of execution allocation ofshipping lines and the availability of trucks with fleetteam.
• Submit operation/fleetconfirmation via dashboard system and follow up with dispatcherteam during the operations process to update the dashboard in time
• Follow up the container stuffingwith the loading delegate at destination ensure that the containergate out from there and all documents of the shipment with thedriver.
• Review all interactions onthe system and take appropriate action to close the job order ondashboard.
• Work to solve problemsrelated to execution orders during operation in real communicationwith fleet department and CRM department
• Coordinate with Fleet to get thecollect documents from driver or contractor after jobfinished.
• Upload BL s on dashboardto finish the jobcorrectly
