Boundary Coop located about 45 minutes from Brandon. We operate a variety of businesses(Home & Agro Centre & Building Material Stores, Grocery Stores, C-Stores, Fuel) in Boissevain, Deloraine, Killarney, Waskada and Hartney.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Boissevain, MB for a Hardware Manager at Boundary Co-op. The Hardware Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the hardware department, including inventory management, customer service, sales, and team supervision. The Hardware Manager will ensure the department meets sales targets, maintains a high level of customer satisfaction, and operates in compliance with company policies and procedures.
