Company Description-

We at LPS Services working in Sheet Metal cutting activity at our Sinnar plant.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Plant Head located in Sinnar. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing all plant operations, including production planning, quality management, resource allocation, and staff supervision. The Plant Head will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Role & Responsibilities-

1.Detail knowledge of Shear cutting /Oxy-Fuel Cutting machine.

2.Client Handling

4.Fully responsible for plant day to day activities.

5.SCM knowledge & Vendor development
