• Attorney to research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for US Federal Courts.
• Must have excellent reading comprehension and persuasive writing skills.
• US Constitution, US Bills of Rights, US Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Document Review.
• Must be familiar with Lexis or Westlaw for legal research.

- Work will be on-site in the office in a combination of India work hours and US work hours.

- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft office required.
