Job Description
• Establish policies and procedures for warehouse management.
• Monitor the Delivery of Items at the warehouse.
• Follow up on the delivery of requests to all company departments and sister companies within the group.
• Ensure compliance with the policies, procedures and documentary cycle of the warehouse.
• Review all Release and addition Orders and ensure that they are recorded and archived as required.
• Follow up on missing items and requests within the warehouse.
• Supervising the cleanliness and arrangement of the items inside the warehouse.
• Conduct periodic training for all warehouse Personnel.
• Make a periodic inventory (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually).
• Monitor warehouse balance periodically.
