About The Role

This role is a unique opportunity to join the client's Corporate HR team in the Healthcare Institution. Selected candidates will closely partner with GM Operation and HRBP to execute the HR Strategy and HR Operations plan that leads to business sustainability efforts.

Job Responsibilities
• As the HR Manager, this position will be expected to support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
