MAIN SCOPE AND PURPOSE:

Responsible in taking orders correctly and delivered in a timely manner. Preparation of a variety of drinks and cocktails consistently in high quality. Assure great customer engagement by being enthusiastic and assist them in decision-making. Also, ensure that they are having a great time and experience, and take corrective actions when necessary. Perform regular cleaning activity to meet the highest sanitary standards and workplace hygiene.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Greeting guests and presenting them with a menu in a friendly and timely manner
• Implementing alcohol awareness; knowing when to stop serving customers, checking for identification as to not serve minors, keeping an eye on customers and thinking ahead regarding their level of intoxication and alcohol consumption.
