1) Marketing duties
• Carry out daily tasks based on department’s assignments;
• Improve information for marketing tasks;
• Carry out & follow up actions on prospects;
• Review assigned region’s tracking Systems;
• Propose specific package to be offered to different prospects;
• Study carefully prospect in order to have effective approach;
• Offer prospect assigned information on VSIP;
• Propose strategic marketing plan for the assigned regions;
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions and fairs in order to promote the company’s projects and seek new prospects;
• Seek for prospects through Agencies, organizations, companies, mass-media, the internet;
• Prepare legal lease agreement between VSIP and Customers, liaise with lawyers if necessary…

2) Customer service duties
• Support customers to prepare and submit for Investment Certificate Application and Post-IC Procedures;
