1. Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and professional standards.

2. Review prescriptions for accuracy and completeness, and provide consultation to patients regarding medication use, dosage, side effects, and possible interactions.

3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, including physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.

4. Maintain accurate patient medication records and ensure confidentiality of patient information in accordance with the Hospital’s policy.

5. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining appropriate levels of medications and supplies.
