Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Hermanus, Western Cape

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at their Hermanus location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for all equipment and facilities
• Coordinate and oversee all repairs and maintenance work
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance work
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain maintenance records and reports as required
• Develop and manage budgets for maintenance operations
