They have a great reputation for promoting within and developing senior leaders from Trainee Manager levels upwards. In this job as a Retail Grocery Duty Manager, you will be part of a large team and will work in hand with senior management, learning the procedures, and standards in merchandising expected and how to achieve commercial goals whilst demonstrating strong leadership among colleagues.
