• Manage the company's online store and ensure that all products are displayed correctly with accurate pricing and description.

• Monitor website and sales performance, analyze sales data and trends, and make recommendations for improvement.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in timely and professional manner.

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferebly in similar roles.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as shopee, lazada, tiktok shops

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
