Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded professional to lead our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Center of Excellence (COE), as well as oversee data management and reporting functions. The Head of HRIS, Data Management, and Reporting will be responsible for optimizing our HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and leveraging data analytics to drive business decisions and enhance organizational effectiveness. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a proactive approach to HR service delivery.

HRIS Center of Excellence (COE):
