We are recruiting now at the stunning Lews Castle in the food and beverage areas for the summer season. This is a fabulous opportunity to be a part of a great team working within a truly unique setting.

General Assistants work within the Storehouse, retail, bar, and banqueting areas to support weddings and other functions taking place in the Castle.

Team work and flexibility is needed in all of these areas and form part of the essential skill set we look for in our team members. The General Assistant role is integral to all operational areas and focuses throughout on excellent customer service and product knowledge.

• To deliver exceptional service to the Lews Castle customer through offering amazing product knowledge with fantastic interpersonal skills.
