We are looking for an experienced commercial professional who will provide leadership, support, and empowerment to our sales team while working collaboratively with our operations, logistics, and technical teams to maximise sales, manage risk and support the future growth of our business.,
• Internal sales activities, monitoring, analysis and co-ordination of business development activities.
• Provide leadership and support to the commercial team driving a proactive approach to maximising sales.
• Stay abreast of market conditions and identifying new business opportunities.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
• Define and negotiate contract terms and rates, author/procure contracts, and establish new business streams, managing risk and opportunity throughout.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, liaising between customer, internal departments and external agencies.
• Negotiate contract renewals.
