Job Title: HR Generalist Location: Strabane (On-site, no hybrid) Duration: Full Time / Permanent Salary: 28-35k DOE VANRATH are delighted to be working exclusively with our highly-valued manufacturing client as they search for an exceptional HR generalist to join their growing HR function. You will be responsible for: Manage the HR systems ensuring accuracy of data. Provide support and coaching to Managers/ Team Leaders in managing performance. Advise Managers/ Team Leaders on employee relations issues including dealing with disciplinary and grievance issues as they arise. Support managers on people-related matters, providing them with timely guidance & tools. Develop relationships with employees, ensuring a deep understanding of the employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment, with other members of the HR Team.
