Schedule - AM shift

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Transport Supervisor, the purpose of this position is to support the Transport and Compliance Managers and help with the transport operational running of our depot site in Swanley. You will help the Transport Manager on shift and be responsible for working with our driver teams to ensure a timely dispatch. You will conduct effective driver briefs and debriefs and support the management of safety and legal compliance. You will be working the AM shift Monday to Friday, so expected start time will be in the early mornings (5/6AM).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Ensure that every worker is fully compliant with legislative requirements

● Brief and debrief drivers to ensure that all instructions for their allocated runs are understood and actioned.
