The Adventure starts here, at Manor Adventure.

Fair Wage to All: We are committed to aligning our pay rates with the living wage from the 1st April 2024.

Working hours: Our instructors work an average 37.5 hours a week, which can include some weekend work.

Living Away From home: We provide accommodation and 3 meals a day for all our instructors at a reasonable price. No need to worry about bills or TV licences; we’ve got you covered.

Fixed Term Contracts: Our contracts run to 30th November 2024 with the potential opportunity to extend it into the new season.

Manor Adventure is an independent company, leading residential outdoor activity provider. We focus on the quality of the educational sessions we offer, as well as our commitment to train and develop our staff.

We are a privately owned company with centres located in Mid Wales, Shropshire, Scotland, Norwich and Matlock, you may be placed at any one of these 5 centres.
