Join a global FMCG industry leader at their plant in Spain or Greater Zurich area as the Manufacturing Process Lead where you will drive the success of the transformation and roll-out projects, playing a key part in the harmonization of the Supply Chain.

Responsibilities of the Plant / Manufacturing Process Lead:
• Rollout a lean global ERP template
• Lead the 'Manufacturing' process stream throughout the program life cycle, from vision to rollout
• Production planning process ownership
• Plant logistics
• Quality Management
• Perform Fit/Gap in the roll-out countries and build/design local requirements
• Manage internal stakeholders in Supply Chain
• SAP Implementation
• Manage relationships with external service providers

Person Specification:
• 10+ years in Manufacturing and/or Plant Management
• ERP implementation and supply chain information systems experience, ideally having worked with SAP S/4 Hana
