Job Description

We are currently seeking an Early learning maths specialist for a USAID-funded Early Childhood Education activity in Djibouti.

The key objective of the Djibouti Early Childhood Education (ECE) Activity is to increase the number of Djiboutian children from 3-6 years old benefiting from high-quality, equitable, and inclusive ECE services. The activity will achieve this through efforts to improve the access, quality, capacity, and effectiveness of ECE services in Djibouti.

Specifically, the activity is organized into three intermediate results:
• IR1: improve access to equitable and inclusive ECE services.
• IR2: improve quality of ECE services.
• IR3: improve enabling environment for Djibouti’s early childhood development (ECD) system of services.
This is a short-term role for 10 working days, indicatively to commence in March 2024 (subject to client approval).
