Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced and interested candidates for the job of Regional Customer Experience Officer for the Cell Insurance Group. One position is for the Northern Region (Harare, Mutare and Ngezi) and the other position is for the Southern Region (Bulawayo, Hwange and Zvishavane).

Reporting to the Marketing and Customer Experience Manager, the main purpose of the job is to manage the Cell Insurance Group customer service centers’ physical facilities, systems, service process and human capital, to ensure effective selling and distribution of Group Products and services.
