Essential Duties and Responsibilities/ Obligaciones y responsabilidades esenciales**: Physical Control and plating of fixed assets, compilation of documents for the entry, write-off and transfer of assets in accounting system according to local law. Ensure the local accomplish with Procomer, Ministerio de Hacienda and CR Customs in all related to fixed assets management. Execute monthly fixed assets physical inventory to cover a 100% of total fixed assets in one year. Solve all differences because of this exercise. Manage and analyze all related to CapEx, budget and execution of each project. Manages documentation of Fixed asset accounts, checking, sorting, and searching documents to keep updated accounting movements made by the company. Examines that books and fixed assets accounts remain with the correct balances.
