For one of our clients, a company active in the Facilities Services based in the region of Ghent, we are looking for a Facility Manager a.i. (freelance) for an assignment of minimum 6 months.

The responsibilities of the Facility Manager a.i. include:
• You are responsible for the operational process for in one client facility
• You collect and analyse information gathered from the current situation and the needs of the client.
• You establish a continuous process improvement environment that will keep the client satisfied with the services you deliver .
• You review and optimise the FMS (facility management system)
• You manage and steer your local team of 100 persons to ensure accurate on-site operation services.
• You work together with the HR department to optimize the on-boarding process.
• You are working closely with the client facility manager
