Overview:

As a Relationship Officer, you play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with key portfolio merchants. Your primary responsibility is to ensure engagement and visitation of assigned merchants, enhance portfolio volume share, and achieve merchant acquiring product and cross-sell targets set by management. You will focus on portfolio enhancement, upselling, and cross-selling various products and services to merchants to increase profitability and drive business growth.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Engagement and Visitations:
• Ensure regular engagement and visitation of all key portfolio merchants to maintain strong relationships.
• Facilitate communication and address any concerns or queries raised by merchants promptly.
• Portfolio Enhancement:
• Actively work towards enhancing the portfolio by activating merchants, winning back volume share from competitors, and maintaining complete volume share for POS and UPI transactions.
