Your Key Responsibilities
• Conduct techno-commercial training to internal team and customers
• Develop training aids (soft & physical) to make the trainings more effective as per customer expectations and requirement.
• Support in warranty analysis for critical product quality issues.
• Assessment/evaluation of internal sales team for their product technical know-how.
• Support to vehicle level validation for new product development.
• Provide support for technical marketing (brochure, leaflets, service info, etc.).
