Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager. As an HR Manager at Sóng thần located in Dĩ An, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
• Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
