Our client, renowned organisation in the Sub-Saharan Southern African Talent Management Sector is seeking to URGENTLY appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Commercial Sales General Manager to be based in their Johannesburg Offices. KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS : At minimum a B Degree in commerce / masters in business administration (MBA). At least 10 - 15 Years Business Development experience in the industrial chemicals and water treatment industry. Extensive knowledge of B2B sales within the water/waste or energy industry. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Defining the annual Sales Budget and exceeding defined targets in line with the company's strategy Optimise bookings for the company, predominantly in South Africa and various counties in Southern Africa.
