Job Description:

We're seeking a Farm Operations Project Manager based in Abeokuta to oversee our farm's daily activities.

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage all aspects of our farm operation.

The ideal candidate must commit to daily on-site presence; this is a full-time position, not a side gig.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all farm operations, including planting, irrigation, pest control, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.

2. Develop and execute project plans to meet operational deadlines.

3. Maintain farm equipment, machinery, and infrastructure for optimal performance and safety.
