Position: Human Resource Supervisor

Location: Rangsit Factory

Report to: Human Resource Manager

Scope:

Responsible for managing and controlling human resources overall at Rangsit factory, and supporting policies and plans of various units in the Rangsit factory area. This is to ensure efficiency and alignment with the human resources policies of the company and the policies of other departments within the Rangsit factory

Responsibilities:
• Present a plan that aligns with the strategy of the department/division and control, ensuring that the budget conforms to the approved presentation in order to maximize the benefits in terms of control and oversight.
• Supporting labor relations management activities in the area/factory under responsibility to create a positive work environment, free from internal conflicts within the organization, and coordinating with the employing organization for collaborative work.
