Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Kibun (Thailand).Co.,Ltd located in Samut Sakhon. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing the daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. They will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, as well as provide guidance and support to employees on HR matters.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in human resources
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
