• Sales Manager is required to increase revenue and profit for the company by meeting planned sales goals for the assigned accounts/territory, and developing new businesses
• He/she is to take lead in coordinating internal STERIS resource deployment to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Sales Manager develops and maintains strategic relationships with key clients and aiding in market outreach.
• He/she adopts and effectively execute the Imparta Sales Effectiveness program. Sales Manager will strive to achieve their individual and collective team targets.
• He/she will be proficient in using CRM (Sales Connection) to manage the Sales process and Opportunity/Pipeline management.
