• Improve Health & Safety Standards in the display production area. Including Product Safety
• Serve Multinational Customers in a unique business environment
• Revise KPIs and performance management on the area of Display Manufacturing
• Enhance productivity on the shopfloor
• Value Stream based approach
• Takt time & Cycle Times to clarify
• Reduce wastes in production and improve flow
• Squeeze lead time
