Job Description

Purpose:
• Ensure smooth running of refurbishment, Field service operations and spare parts deliveries from local warehouse targeting customer satisfaction through the timely execution of orders.
• Ensure effective implementation of all necessary actions to effectively handle all refurbishment operations, field service operations and spare parts deliveries and documents flow (in order to have correct stock and no stock differences)

The successful candidate must be able to perform the following key tasks:
• Communicate effectively with customers internal and external and respond to their requirements.
• Supplier engagement- price negotiation, lead-times, planning.
