Payment Optimization Manager

Scope:

The Payment Optimization Manager will need to set up relevant reporting tools to be able to monitor and judge the performance of payment providers in each country Playasia fulfills orders (163 countries worldwide). Based on data the managers' task is to test the performance of different payment providers and benchmark those against one another, choosing the best option for each corridor and thus incrementally increasing the payment acceptance as well as optimizing payment cost. Further, the payment optimization manager will need to seek opportunities to securely accept payments in countries Playasia is either under-utilizing its available tools or not present at all (e.g. new emerging markets – Middle East, Africa, Latin America). This position will report the Head of Finance but also works closely with the RISK team.
