An opportunity has arisen for a Patient Meal Supervisor based at University Hospital Ayr.

What You Will Do

Your duties will include the:
• Management of staff within your area.
• Responsible for keeping any staffing cover within budget parameters.
• Responsible for communication and direction of all staff within your area.
• Organising staff duty rotas to include leave, in-house training.
• Processing Patient menu cards and the specific service of patient meals.
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene, recording and monitoring data for HACCP and Environmental Health.
