Apex Bridging are specialists in interest only short term residential property loans. Our bridging loans are interest-only loans designed for short periods of time, typically 4-12 months, and secured on residential property.

Purpose of the role:

To assess & underwrite potential loans for the business and progress to completion in accordance with the Apex Bridging underwriting criteria.

Conduct all due diligence and underwriting, assessing all risks to ensure Apex Bridging is comfortable lending on the security.

Responsible for preparing detailed credit proposals for submission to the Directors. To be the point of contact for all parties during the progress to completion.

Main duties & Responsibilities:
• Carry out initial underwriting to obtain understanding of the case and respond to the initial enquiry within four hours.
• Accurately assess the risk attributed to all applications ensuring the loan is suitable and fit for purpose.
