Responsibility of Registered Manager
• Lead and manage the residential care team to promote a culture of excellence, compassion, and respect.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations.
• Individual care plans are developed and implemented to promote the emotional, physical, and psychological well-being of each child.
• Supervise recruitment, training and development of staff to create a supportive team environment.
