For one of our clients in the food sector based in the Bruges region, we are looking for an Interim Maintenance Director (freelance) for a minimum 6-month mission.

The main responsibilities of the Maintenance Director:

As the maintenance director, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment at our production site. Your role will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our production processes, optimizing equipment performance, and adhering to safety standards.
• Lead and supervise a team of 18 maintenance personnel, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure timely inspection, repair, and upkeep of machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with production and engineering services to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
