Job description:

Your responsibilities will consist of:
• Direct customer support in the Car and Moto business units.
• Development, expansion, and maintenance of customer relations.
• Processing of all enquiries/orders and handling of complaints (via telephone, e-mail, B2B, Salesforce Case).
• Supporting marketing activities.
• Support of the sales organization with regard to indirect customer support.
• Ensuring the daily operation and availability of the contact center.

Job requirements:
• Bilingual: French and Flemish speaker.
• Fluency in English.
• Sales or logistics background could be a plus.
