Position Summary

The Assistant Manager (Human Resource) (“AMHR”) works under the supervision of the Unit Head HR. He provides various professional human resources services, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning Management, Employee Relations, HR Operations and department reporting. The Assistant Manager (Human Resources) also performs duties explained in the HR Manual of the Company under the directions of the Head of HR.

Job Responsibilities
• Managing teams of the Talent Acquisition Section on the recruitment & selection matters, and ensuring all Talent Acquisition policies and procedures are completed while performing the job.
• Guide and oversee multiple stages of Talent Acquisition, including Job Analysis, Job Ads Creation, Leads generation, screening & Shortlisting applications, Interviews scheduling, Interview assessments, Background checks, Job offers, etc.
