Job Purpose and Impact

The Human Resources Plant Business Partner Specialist I, will apply basic knowledge to assist in the delivery of people processes related to people and culture strategy, workforce plans, learning programs and talent activities to improve the employee experience at the plant. In this role, you will provide support to key stakeholders and insights on plant performance.

Key Accountabilities
• Support with the implementation of basic solutions to improve employee, team performance and the employee experience at the plant.
• Support execution of routine workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs and projects at the location.
• Support the advancement of the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts for the business.
