Job Description
• Work in collaboration with the Operations and Agronomist team (relevant stakeholders) to procure and purchase all agriculture production materials that usually consist of but are not limited to agri-input/fertilisers/pesticides, raw materials, seeds, and others
• Conduct market research and survey to R1/big suppliers/distributors/dealers as well as local agri stores to collect price comparison of all production materials
• Build, manage, and maintain relationships with the R1/big suppliers/distributors/dealers as well as local agri stores
• Help to ensure the purchased materials arrive in each of the warehouses in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to communicate the progress of materials procurement–expected to over-communicate the progress, especially in case of challenges or bottleneck during the procurement process.
