About Us:

Company manufacture custom acoustic panels and due to growth, are looking for an Assistant to the Project Management team. We supply panels to large and small commercial construction projects and due to the custom nature of our products have to custom make and process each job on it’s merits. We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic team member to work closely with the Project Management team, aiming to assist with the following tasks:
• - Administration, entering Sales Order confirmations and data which needs to be accurate.
• - Creating pro-forma invoices.
• - Processing Orders and liaising with the Production Managers.
• - Calculation Bill of Quantity for materials and orders.
• - Reading Shop Drawings and making adjustments as required.
• - Doing take-offs and estimating from Shop Drawings.
