Organize kitchen operations and prepare and serve a range of dishes, whilst supervising junior members of the Kitchen Brigade.

Key Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities
• Produce items for service in cafeteria and help as requested in other areas which includes outside catering, in house functions and requirements
• Work with Sous Chef on new menu and promotion items
• To make sure the Kitchen, dining area, rubbish area and refuse collection centre must be clean and functional
• Supervise and run culinary operations in absence of Senior Chefs

Responsibilities
• To ensure menu items are prepared the same as in the recipes and assure all menu items are available for service meal periods
• Supervises staff that works in his/her area and track attendance
