Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes - Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen - Assist with menu planning and meal preparation - Help with inventory management and ordering supplies - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation - Follow dietary restrictions and special requests for meals - Support catering events as needed Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Ability to handle and use knives and other kitchen equipment safely - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation - Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
