Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Probolinggo. The Production Manager will be responsible for organizing and monitoring the production process, and ensuring that targets are met. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing production schedules, implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency, analyzing production data and making recommendations for improvements, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in production management, with knowledge of lean manufacturing processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production targets
