**Job Purpose**

Contracts Manager serves as primary interface with the customer and conducts contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfilment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements and KSA and MENA Government acquisition regulations and requirements.
• *Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Participate in and/or conduct front-end strategic assessment of business pursuits and proposal preparation
- Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and means to mitigate contractual/program risks; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information
- Participates in change activities to include, but not limited to, change boards, reviews, estimates/ proposals and myriad other activities in support of the contract/program
