GENERAL:

Responsible
for day to day managing of the company’s import and export as well as managing relationships with import and
export suppliers. Assist the Procurement Manager
on strategic issues.

2.0
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

2.1 Arranges shipments, prepare and approve
orders, manage pricing information and release invoices.

2.2 Sends documentation that coincides with
shipments and importation and is responsible for maximizing space capacity and
coordinating schedules with the warehouse.

2.3 Manages import and export office in such a
way that all deadlines can be met.

2.4 Manages import and export processes in a
cost effective and efficient way. They are responsible for reducing costs as
well, and they negotiate freight rates.

2.5 Plan and implement import/export strategy
and activities consistent with overall items and requirements staying cost
effective to organization.

2.6 Ensure company’ compliance to all
